It's possible for some symptoms to go away for a short period of time during a seasonal change, but they will always come back and then they are there unless you do medication or surgery. Angie - the medication for them can help control the symptoms and are not harmful to the liver & kidneys (even if they were, not using them is more harmful by letting the disease run rampant). Please don't post stuff like that unless you have proof to back it up - you may be scaring people into not using much needed medications. Mary

Laura - the vulva swelling means that the adrenal gland issue has returned. If the ferret is in good enough shape, I would do another surgery to debulk the right gland again.
