Help Me Pls...(calc Problem NOT PROGRAMMING)

blah....i accidently messed up my calc and now when i turn it on it says "Waiting.....Please install Calc. Software" what should i do? when i try to DL from online / my comp it says error and to shut off the calc....?? am i gonna have to connect to another calc? Pls help Smurf ^_^
