I couldn't find any permenant blue hair dye that I could do myself so I went to a hair dressers, they went to quite a lot of effort to find me a colour I liked and it didn't cost too much only Ł20 and my hair is quite long. I used to do it myself pink with Smart Colour from boots or superdrug but I could only find semi permenant blue.
