i use knox unflavored gelatin my hair is like 5 inches maybe alittle shorter. what u do is put the powder in a bowl with alittle water and put it in the microwave for like 20 seconds stir and it should be good. when u put it in your hair make sure u hold the part spiked into position and blow dry it. it will hold for like a week or more.
