you were born on november 5 1966 at aproximatly 8:30pm , at mary stephens maternity home, hagley rd ,stourbride i gave you the name of ruth and you waighed around 6lb 8oz you were fostered out for 6 weeks prier to being addopted, at the time my sername was swinbourne and my maiden name was steel ,my sername now is brearley, when you were addpoted you were taken out of the stourbridge area
