Hi my name is Melinda Schoene and I was born in Spokane at Holly Family Hospital on Feb 22nd 1970. My Adoption was through Childrens Home Society of WASHINGTON. They told my Parents that they called me Baby Girl Tara. I was in some sort of Foster care until I was adopted in April of 1970. My Birth mom was 16 or 17 when she had me and the Birth Father was 18. The Adoption Agent said her Father was a Rancher and she had to quit school to go to work in a restaruant because her father had Heart problems. Her Mother was a cook from what they where told, too.
