I'm searching for Tonya Gail Gossett, adopted at birth by Gale and Louise Gossett, in Rosenberg, TX. It was a private adoption. My name at the time was Rose Mary West Hove. Her birth father is Lupe Frank Garcia Jr.; he goes by the name Frank Garcia. He's possibly in Denver, CO. He is not aware of his daughter's birth.
