Looking for Birth mom

I am an African American (maybe part hispanic) born on July 1, 1972 in Washington D.C. I was adopted at 8 months of age. I am looking for my birth parents. My adoption records were sealed and I don't have the money to open them back up. If you know who had a baby around this time please contact me. Thanks.
