I was born in Erie County New York at Our Lady if Victory, Lackawanna/Buffalo. My nin ID info statew my mother was 17 to 19 years old. She had very dark brown hair,hazel -green eyes.She was German-Irish, probably Catholic.My father was about 5'11 German. My mother used the last name Frank. She used thr last name Fisher as her alias at the home. she had brothers and sisters.
