Helping a friend trying to find his birthmother and/or father. Both of his adoptive parents have passed on, he has no siblings. The only info he has is what he was told over the years by his adoptive parents. Born 4-7-1971 in Hollywood, Florida, Cyr(last name most likely birth mother). the adoption took place in Broward County, Florida when he was 6 days old. He says he remembers the name of the lawyer, but we cant find any info on this, only to assume they are retired. Any suggestions, please help!!
