End-of-day Buffalo sounding indicates a well-mixed layer up to only ~ 5 K, with dew points so low that cu formation was totally precluded. Big temperature inversion at 850mb, plus an exceptionally dry layer from 850 to 700. Must have been a good blue day, although you couldn't get very high.

Tomorrow should be similar.
