...and thanks for the conditions report. Now what about today?? Looked like a Montana sky from noon to 7 PM on a bike ride to Warsaw. ASOS reports had 8,500 - 9,000' cloud base all over the place. Somebody musta done somethin'. |

: cold up there dressed in t-shirt and shorts.

: 1-26. Alex would fly out from under the
: clouds, out into the sun to stay warm.
: Jake Smith stayed up for three hours in the
: Grob and encouraged Alex by flying with him.
: Friday was a great soaring day. Cloud base
: at the Finger Lakes about 7,000 ft MSL and
: Wellsville was 8700 ft. MSL. Lift was still
: good at 6:30 PM.
