Best case: sunny, VFR most of the day, sucker cu's in the AM, workable (with hard work) thermals in the PM. Ridge possibly working weakly, especially PM.
Worst case: MVFR or even IFR most of the day, albeit a long shot.
Why? Both NAM and GFS have Sunday AM looking good, whereas later in the day they diverge dramatically, with the NAM bringing rain back in, and GFS keeping it clear. Why such discrepancy? 72 hour prog reliability, never super, goes in the toilet when a tropical storm or hurricane is in the ointment. That would be Dave, in case you have been in a coma lately. In spite of your TV, wrap around North-Atlantic moisture, energy (latent heat), and vorticity from that system has everything to do with what happens here on Sunday, and both models are helpless to tell you.
Bottom line: look out the window Sunday morning:
(1) If it's sunny, go to the airport.
(2) If it's raining, go to the airport. It may
clear up. We need to fly. Let's do that.
