ANNUAL MTG NOV 15 6 PM AVON INN

I think everyone has been notified (except maybe Caldwell- somebody call him quick!) That the Annual Meeting is scheduled for November 15 at the Avon Inn, 55 Main Street, south side, Avon NY.

From 390 exit 10 turn west on route 5/20 (from north turn right, from south turn left) go 2 miles.

Refreshments at 6 PM, dinner at 7 PM. PLEASE INFORM RICK LAFFORD OF YOUR INTENTION TO COME AND HOW MANY IN THE PARTY BY NOV 8 08. His contact info is in the members section!

Yes, the club elders had a senior moment, and it had to be moved to the 15th. Apologies to Rick and Ann who had other plans.
