I Received a request for a contest entry form and wondered if others had a similar question. The questioner sia he wanted to sign up but needed a registration form.
If you will go to the ssa.org website and register there (I know it says we do not accept online registrations) you can fill out the questionaire and then, instead of asking to register on line, click the entries that provicde for a printed form to be generated. Then Kindly mail it in to us at FLSC, Forbes Street, Dansville NY 14437, we will take care of the rest. Dont forget your reservation fee! Thanks. JR
