Lease Agreement ?

Hi. This is Norm from Niagara Soaring Club. Walt, Gary, Fran and I have finally finished refurbing our Blanik L-13 and are looking to lease it to our club. I believe your club has leased gliders from individuals in the past. I was wondering if anyone has a copy of a lease agreement we could use to facilitate this. If not if you could direct me to someone who could help us put together a lease agreement it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help in advance.
