Menu for Annual Meeting; Respond by Nov 3 please

Dinner choices for the meeting are:
1) Chicken Cordon Bleu (stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, wrapped in puff pastry with hollandaise sauce) ($22 all included)
2). Haddock Romano (a house favorite)(topped with tomato,crabmeat and parmesan cheese ($22 all included)
3) Prime Rib of Beef ($26.) "slow roasted to perfection, au jus)
4) Tossed Garden Pasta; (linguine with veggies and choice of Marinara or alfredo sauce) ($22)
Please let me know how many are coming and what your choice for dinner will be by Nov 3.
