Flying in JANUARY???

Who'd a thunk??
We had quite a crowd at the club on Saturday(1/28/06).
I had come down to work on the Blanik (removed the Artificial Horizon and moved the static flask to the front)figuring that it would be a nice quiet weekend. About 11am Jim Coates came by looking for the Blanik maual, later Rick Roman showed, then it started getting busy with Steve K, Tom R, Chuck T, Jim R, Doug B, Shannon D all wanting to do something. So we did. We pulled out the Citabria, the Blanik and the -21 and set off into the skys. Not a whole lot of lift as shown by the duration of the flights but it was a rarety to claim first flight of the year so early.
