Here is the language:
a. The instructors as a group shall nominate a chief instructor. Tow Pilots as a group shall nominate a Chief Tow Pilot
b. The Board or 1/3d of Regular Members, shall determine when the positions of chief instructor and or the chief tow pilot shall require an election or re-election..
