hey, i've only been djing for about 2 months now (and i haven't been able to do much in the past few weeks) so i have a question. A lot of times when you listen to people scratch they repeat a certain voice sample (or anything else) very rapidly (like 8th or 16th notes it seems) but the sample sounds like it's playing at the normal speed and direction (forwards). There are also scratches placed in the middle of the whole thing. I was wondering what exactly you call this type of scratch and how to do it. If anyone could help me, please email me or reply.
