Dottie:
I just saw your story on HBO Real Sports and it may be cry. You are an amazing person and may the Lord bless you and keep you strong.
I am a 30 year old with just recently identified chronic kidney disease. As I watched the TV, I welled-up with pride from your efforts and I don't even know you. I'd like to thank you for fighting and being an inspiration. Hopefully it will be a long time coming, but if the day comes that I need a kidney transplant myself, I will think of your story and be braver.
Good Luck and God Bless.
Matt
