Great Jan, yes DO NOT get discouraged if you have to start off slow, cant do the full exercises..I still cant do a few proper either-it definitely takes time for your muscles to stretch appropriately. I do have the bands-got them recently but havent had a chance to use them yet but heard they work great! Keep with it and im sure ill be hearing only positive things through your posts-good for you and keep me updated !
