Yes, I was very proud of him-it was a tough race too-pretty warm for them. I think you're talking about sprint triathlonHarvey..to me, a sprint marathon would be a 10k
not a long distance runner by any means!
A sprint triathlon(my goal to do one in sept hopefully) is a quarter or half mile ocean swim, a 12-15 mile bike, and a 3.1 3.4 mile run-its good distances for people who would like to combine races and also good for big athletes like my john who do these as a true sprint. Lookingforward to accomplishing one soon my heart is just on the fitness competition this year (obstacle course, 6 event strength roung-push up sit ups pull ups, box jumps, etc) and a physique round..ill keep youupdated
what are your summer event plans harvey?
