Hi Jose,
SorryI havent answered you sooner but the guys seem to be doing great! How long ago was your transplant? How many meals are you eating per day and are you having any "snacks" inbetween your meals...when exercising, it is good to try to keep your blood sugar stable by trying to eat something evry three hours during the day..this may be why you are feeling hungry? It takes a while to build yourself back up post transplant-especially from a kidney transplant as renal disease breaks down alot of your own muscle for protein synthesis to function when your at a level of renal failure-I have found bringing back lost muscle challanging myself. I guess Id know more to suggest after finding out how long ago your surgery was. For now, I would suggest adding more protein(clean-fish,chicken,-ever taken any protein supplements?) also complex carbs such as brown rice, yams, fruits and vegtables-watch some of the fruit can have a high sugar content but still good for you-if you find you are losing weight-I would masybe increase or start a resistance training program to increase your muscle mas-keep up the aerobic since it is so essential but certainly increase your caloric intake-hope this helps a bit,
Dottie
