Posted by Jose on 4/29/2003, 9:53 am, in reply to "Re: weight management" I usually eat oatmeal, whole wheat bread for breakfast, along with skim milk and some fruits alternating things to make things interesting. I've been trying to find more types of healthy stuff for breakfast, any ideas? I think you're right with increasing breakfast and not lunch and dinner. Creatinine has been steady, which is good. I have noticed though that the cyclosporine level seems to be getting lower faster since getting into the exercise regimen, does this have anything to do with metabolism? Thanks.
Thanks for all your help Harvey.
