Jose, you are doing the right things,DON`T stop your walking, this is very important for lipids and CV.
Ifyou want to stay stable with your weight you might want to increase your intake at breakfast, not at evening dinner. A 400-500 calorie breakfast is good in your case maybe a little more.
Strength training 2-3 times a week is benefical, just tone, working your deltoid, calves, quad, hamstrings, abs, lower back and biceps.Your workout should take no longer than 40 minutes.Start very slow.If you need any info on this procedure let me know and I will get it to you. How`s the creatinine?
