Dottie, I found it important to keep a daily chart of my workouts, with location, time, date, cloudy or shine(temp.),distance, speed, heart rate(random),lenght of workout and body feel( legs tight etc)
I have been doing this for years, for example, I just looked back before this post and saw that on 10/13/99, two weeks after my transplant I walked 1.2 mies in 18:00 minutes at my daughters house.62 degrees, clear, staples a nuisance.
These records really allows you to see your improvement.
Good to hear from you and JT who had eye surgery last month.
