I will not get out of bed in the AM until I have completed my exercise breathing, Just relax hands on chest and concentrate on deep and swallow breathing. The total time is 10-15 minutes everyday.Relaxing
Also, correct breathing is the most important aspect of exercise. If you breath correctly it`s much easier.The reason being more oxygen gets into your system causing the blood flow to be more rapid.I know Yoga is a great simulate, but never was into it
