Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all doing well-im well, learning to bring "balance" into my life with family, health, fitness, career, etc...how bout you guys-any secrets-I know for me writing a "to do" list every night for th next day helps and my husband and I also schedule time, dates togeather...and we dont even have kids yet-well, a puppy and bunny 
It also helps me to take some time over the weekend to sit back-think about te week that has gone and the week to come-time goes by so fast and as they say"i dnt want to miss a thing"
I hope everyone keeps finding time for me to post your updates on this site-fitness and nutrition is a huge part of my life and well being and hope this site will help bring some of that to you-so, in fitness and health,
