I wanted to share this with you to add to my post about the importance of having/setting goals;
10 Tips to Successful Goal Setting
Set a specific,measurable goal
Break large goals into smaller, attainable goals
Set goals that fit into your lifestyle and responsibilities
Chose goals that are attainable yet challanging
Be realistic about your abilities,but..never sell yourself short!
Remember that things can,and will go wrong
Write your goals down and make them vsable(I hang mine on fridge, bathroom mirror, aver bed,etc...
Make a commitment to make sacrifices(with my john trainin for the florida Ironman weve had to work extra hard for togeather tim and ive had to pitch in extra with making dinners,his lunch, household stuff,etc)
Share your goals with family and friends(ask for support)
