Thanks for the encouragement. My new kidney had Hydronephrosis that should have been treated with a stent when the condition was first detected but was'nt. It was finally treated 2 months later, it still remains to see how much damage was done.
I'll certainly keep exercising & drinking plenty of water to help things out. The creatinine took at small dip from 4.5 to 4.1 last time it was measured. I had a lab done earlier in week, I'll see if it moved again, let's hope so.
