Ted, you are really doing spectacular.I really believe your creatinine will reverse or decrease if continue this pace. I would recommend some cross training like a jog, brisk walk, strenght training and flex.Stretching is very important before and after workouts.
Keep up the good work and next thing you know the doc might say" we can reduce your meds today"
