JT, when a connection in Jacksonville and beauty occur in the same sentence reminds me before my transplant when I was fighting creatinine, bun and lipids, but still working. I stayed in the Holiday Inn at Orange Park across from the dog Track.
After work I walked across Hwy 17, towards the St Johns River, where I had a 4 mile distance on that beautiful road to run besides the river. It relaxed and gave me strenght within itself.
If you ever in that vinicity drive through the area. Just wanted to vent on good memories
