I wish everyone Happy Holiday Days and remember activity and aerobic exercise are the perfect complements to a healthy diet for losing weight and improving health.
Waling is one of the easiest ways to get aerobic exercise. You don`t need equipment, you don`t have to have special techniques. It`s safe and inexpensive. For more fun get someone to walk with you indoors and outdoors.
Walking is an activity that can help you lose weight and lower your risk of certain diseases. Walking for 40 minutes four times a week is enough to lower cardiovasular risk and improve blood sugar levels. In addition you can cut your risk of developing diabetes in half with 1 hour a day of brisk walking.
Also activities such as mowing the lawn,grocery store walking,taking stairs instead of elevators, shopping malls and
park your car at a distance and walk into the bank, Post Office etc.
