I so agree with you. My Dad is 91 and looks 70. He has always remained active - took vitamins, and still drives around his small town. He goes to the horse races and Casino's in Atlantic City twice every week. It is amazing what taking care of yourself can do for you. His mind shows no signs of slowness - he speaks loud and clear. He believes in exercise and always has. These people are living proof of the benefits of exercise. Only problem is there are not enough of them.
