on this page Dr. Mercola mentions the use of EFT (emotional Freedom Technique) I took a brief lechure on this and I recommend this to everybody. I taught the technique to my family within one hour. You can download the information at http://emofree.com
There are probably instructors in every state. On the site emofree.com, the creator Dr. Gary Craig offers a CD rom on this for free and if you like what he talks about you can mail him the fifteen dollars. Dr. Mercola also sells this tape. I think I am going to buy this tape from Dr. Mercola to see how he describes this technique.
After mastering EFT, I created my own version using self hypnosis. Whatever works is what I am going to do.
This helps me fall asleep. Sleep equals relaxation for me.
