If you love carp fishing then you're vacationing in the right spot. Lindsay has millions of carp from 5 to 40 lb. You can fish the river right in town, the whole length is park land. The best spot for carp though is probally from Riviera Park downstream from the Wellington St. bridge. Other species there are walleye, catfish, smallmouth bass, largmouth bass, perch, rock bass & musky.
