Posted by John I have lived in St. Catharines all my life there are a few good spots left. If you like bass ( Largemouth that is ) go to Jordan Harbour but get in the back way. Head down to Jordan valley there is a bridge called Bailey bridge located in downtown behind the little gift shops and the fancy restaurant called 'On the Twenty " there is a little back road ask the guys at Jordan service station they will help. You can unload your canoe to the right of the left right before the single lane bridge. carry it of to the right until u find a place to put it in. Check the water level if not you can put in near the highway but its a pretty god paddle to get back twards the bridge. My friends say the bass fishing is incredible. I usually head out to lake erie there are some great spots u can use your canoe and u dont have to go far out at all. If u need more info ask...John
