Big business is always in the governments back pocket. CN says hey, put C&R regs in place so we don't get our butts sued if someone eats an iffy fish and gets the runs. If you think they did this to take care of the people and their health, ha!!haha!! And if you think they did it to prtect the fishery, well have they ever done anything to protect anything proactively?? I think you would have a hard time finding any of those.

It's all about money. It's never about people, or the environment when it comes to government.
