Looking for Richard Harding Ashley b. Jan 23 1915 Kansas City MO Parents were Edwin Mortimer Ashley and Ruth Naomi Reese. He left home on California when he was 18 and has not been seen since I have taken over the genealogy and would like to find information on him. Some say he might be in the washington dc area some say MO KY KS Ill so wherever he is someone let me know if you can.
