I am the 2nd Great Grandson of William Segroves (1835, NC or TN). That's as far back as I can get! William begat Thomas W. Segroves; Thomas begat my g-father (James Britton) who in turn begat Earl (NMI) Segroves who was my dad. Let me know if any of these names or dates might tie to your records.
