Standard Bow faster than WideB in light wind?

Is the Standard Bow hull faster or equal to a wide bow hull in light wind or some other wet of conditions? At what point (conditions) does each design perform best?

I'd guess that the lwer wetted area of a standard bow might do better than a wide bow in light winds (how light???)

Im 160lbs with a 140 lb crew.
