Can you advise on a local, North American source for Fireball plans that also authorize construction? Any other relevent info towards same end?

I know some of this is on the WEB, eg: plans from europe, but I never send money off without confirming the contacts are still active. I prefer not to wait for costly overseas shipment of plans.
