I think your best option is a Harken ratchet. Not sure if it matters but they come in counter clockwise and clockwise and have different part numbers (H019 or H044) I suspect either would do....just thread the mainsheet the other way. Pick the one that's cheaper
You might find one on an old Laser too.
You should get the standup spring and the ratchet shackle while you're at it.
