pump up halyard materials list

I would like to upgrade my spin haul system from a mixed bag of crappy lines to a smooth running trouble free wizzbang system like you all have.
Has someone crafted a materials list for the blocks, lengths and types of cords and misc.? I'm curious about a disconnect system so that I can sail cat rigged (main only) single handed without having 60 some feet of halyard to dispose of.
