help in tuning old Fireball w/Hawker de Haviland mast

I have a Fireball with a Hawker De Haliland mast s/n 2106-175. Having issues with getting any mast prebend and was looking for information on the correct spreader settings for this mast. the spreaders measure 390mm and 210mm back. The number on the sails is C1822, the original hull I replaced by building a new hull but it's within mm of spec. Anyone responding with some info would be much appreciated. Also want to replace my sails (Bruce Bates). Mine I suspect are stretched beyond being helped. Anyone want to part with a good experienced set of sails?
