All,
Now that I am in the Fireball class my goal is to go to as many completive regattas as possible. I have been looking around to find out who, what, when, where. It is important to have this laid out so that we can get a better turn out. With everyone’s busy schedule I am sure that we can set aside time for the things that we are most passionate about.
From a national, regional, international prospective, I am not clear as to what events to train for, furthermore compete in. My goal along with Pat Crump, and James Nunn is to go to the 2008 Worlds in Thailand. Are you in? That should be plenty of time for all of you that want to take it to the next level, find sponsorship, train like your life depended on it, and get a boat over there IN TIME! FYI it takes at least two months to ship a boat overseas.
In conclusion, any help with getting an understanding of the regatta schedule, and who is interested in making the trip to Thailand, now is the time to start preparing. Get your MoJo flowing! ...are you in?
