Where might I find plans/suggestions for a launching dolly?

My Fireball is on a trailer with a flat plywood deck. There are 2 bunks, front and back, to cradle the bottom. It's easy to back up the trailer on my truck down a ramp to launch the boat, but harder to rig the boat while on the trailer.
I've seen launching dollies which appear to be made of a 4x4 cross-bar, with a plastic drain-pipe handle and big, fat wheels, to wheel the boat into the water.
What sort of wheels are recommended? The fatter the better, I'd think. And what sort of axle does one use for the wheels?
