What's the easiest way to put the mast up?

My just-restored woodie KC 3067 hit the water yesterday (August 27, 2006) - and it floated! Better yet, it actually moved under sail!! However, I'm thinking there must be an easier way to put the mast up. Without two strong friends and a husky teen-aged son, it's a bit of a chore. How DOES a crew of 2 put the mast up and down so the boat can be trailered?
