I last ran into Henry several years ago at Kingston, when ACME was still a recent memory. When I mentioned that I was still out of pocket for setting up the ACME website, email etc, he flipped me off with a comment along the lines of "I had a lot of company". At that point Henry lost his last credibility chip with me. Sure, it wasn't a lot of money, but would have been nice to get it back. When you wrap up a failed business you look your creditors in the eye and come to terms with them, whether its 10 cents on the dollar or just a sincere apology. Or you declare bankruptcy and have the trustee do it for you. What you DON'T do is treat it casually. Once you've lost your credibility, its pretty tough to get it back. ACME may be ancient history now, but as shown by "Buyer Beware", people remember.
